What do you do to remove the phosphate from the water to get rid of the eutrophication?

flocullation and sedimentation are the only things i can think of to remove it. That's also part the answer in success one.

flocculation and sedimentation only takes out suspended particles.
I doubt that PO4 is a suspended particle as i think it would be separated throughout the water.
I have the success one book... thats why i posted the answer doesnt explain PO4

It will precipitate during flocculation as aluminium phosphate or calcium phosphate depending on the flocculant.
