man you guys all going on about getting 120 easy... when i struggle to even get 50 :|
No one will get 120..
We are going to get high marks because we have been studying and practicing this whole year.
You can still get a great mark if you put in the effort these next two days.

Believe it or not, whoever tops the state will have got 120. And there are other people who have got 100% too.

Apparently, in the context of recent years no one got full marks in the 2006 2 unit paper, top mark was 99 (for most other years it was always 100) maybe that was indicative of something about its difficulty? Despite the difficulties of certain years, there are almost always people who get full marks.

Apparantly it was rare in 90s papers for people to get full marks.Alas, papers have got easier, which means that its more and more about consistency and just not making stupid mistakes ... Btw congrats namu on your 120.

If you go back further, I found 1995 fairly hard (114) and 1993 quite challenging (110). General rule of thumb is the further you go back the harder they get.
disagree, if u look at the HSC papers from 2001-2008, the question 8,9,10s have a much higher degree of difficulty. Especially question 10s, it was in the sydney morning herald once saying that its too difficult to do (even most 3unit students cant do them). But thats just my opinion.

Just had a look at the snow one... I usually find Q10s alright, but I have no idea where to start.

But yeh id drop 6 marks anyday just to make sure id get everything else right..
Actually the first mark for part B is too integrate k/t .: k ln t + C so yeh thats 1 mark.
