this confuses me:
Does this mean, if you come first EXTERNALLY you get the top mark internally
OR, first mark INTERNALLY gets top mark EXTERNALLY

this confuses me:
Does this mean, if you come first EXTERNALLY you get the top mark internally
OR, first mark INTERNALLY gets top mark EXTERNALLY
If you came first at your school, you will get the first place for your moderated assessment mark (and this mark will be equal to the top HSC Examination mark from your school), but not necessarily the HSC Examination mark because it depends on your actual HSC performance.

okay, so if 1st gets 90 internal but 85 external
and the top HSC mark was 94

then firsts marks will be
internal 94
external 85

HSC mark = average of the 2?

awesome, thanks for clearing that up, i know theres alot of threads on this but i just needed another way of it being put and this was perfect

i think thats the case if the top external is 94 not the top HSC
