A weird runny sensation, like diarrhea, happened on my hand. Followed by a seriously stinging pain.I have a blister on my writing hand (duh i wonder why) I can bandaid it, but it doesn't last long.Would the markers let me have some bandaids on my table?

Sure, just tell them before hand. I don't think there's any problem, but as common courtesy, just tell them.
