Sit down, turn off everything distracting, find somewhere quiet and cram, eg read, write, do questions, make up acronyms etc etc

Its not impossible. I learnt all of the HSC mathematics course in 4 hours seriously.

1) That's your fault, for having nothing in your book
2) Go to 'Resources' on this website, and go to Chemistry prelims. Many people have uploaded notes where they have set out syllabus dot points and answered them.
