how do we all deal with cold hands before performance exams?

- wear gloves (leather type, wool makes you sweat)
- sit on them
- hand warming heater things

I learn to practice with cold hands all the time so when I get nervous, having cold hands doesn't stuff me up.

I personally can't practice with cold hands then perform with warm hands, simply because practicing with cold hands makes me used to stiffening my hand up while playing, which is horrible, technique wise.
