Nah, but my dad helps by testing me using notes, or listening and pointing out contradictions when I try to explain something.

And finance, ie tutoring fees, textbooks, stationery etc

my parents are great... first of all, they pay for my education (books, uniform, excurisions, blah blah blah)

my dad is great for explaining any maths problems that i'm not sure of.

my mum is awesome for the emotional side of things... she's the one i go to if i'm feeling stressed/worried/out of sorts about school... :D

This.

I see quite a few students with educated parents who help them with their studies. I even suspect that some of their parents do their assessment tasks for them.

My parents haven't bothered with my school work since year 7... they would just ask me whether i was failing but not telling them once in a while

when i got into NSG they were like "wow... you're not dumb"

Help? hahaha are you kidding me? i'd be awfully happy if they left me alone to study let alone "help" me to study. The good thing is that the pay everything for me... the downside is that they are awfully good at nagging, explain everything that is unrelated and... oh yeah, condemning my failed brother
