It's because they don't have good customer service, especially MSY. They have the cheapest prices, but its more of a "come in, tell us what you want, pay and get the f**k out.

I know MSY has epic lines which will see you lining up for at least 20 minutes ON A GOOD DAY

They really have no idea what they are selling (last time i was there the seller barely spoke basic english). If you need to ask questions about the product, do it online before you go down. Also be prepared to wait, a long time. On the flip side, its really cheap. like, really cheap.
