im doing technology, our teacher is making our whole class do it she reckons its best although there isnt a lot in the text books you can get heaps of stuff from recent case studies and the newspapers, we focusing heaps on copyright like illegal downloading of music and people copying designers, i reckon its a pretty interesting one, sounds way better than all the other choices

Because its a fairly recent area of law, its constantly evolving. There is lots of current cases that you can use, and the more current you are in your answers the more marks you will get.

As it is an emerging area of the law, there isn't much in the form of traditional text books but, if you can demonstrate a grasp on current legal events in this area and provide a critique, you'll do well.

I'm doing technology too, our teacher let us choose our own option and then we have to research it ourselves. Not very fun =/ Is there any textbooks on tech change?
