That's not a binge! You need to eat more :/

I'll show you one (saturday night):

half a bottle of cheap red wine (shared bottle with friend)
giant bowl of chicken and rice with mustardy sauce
half a block of almond chocolate (again sharing is caring)
4 cups of tea

then the next morning/day:

more tea
toast
2 boxes of flavoured rice crackers, a big bowl of potato chips and 3 bags of gummy bears/sour worms/coke bottles, shared with 2 friends

granted, some of that was shared with other people. But still. OM NOM NOM.

Ate a lot today.

A 3-inch Mini Sub from Subway (so cute).
A coke Zero.
5 or 6 sour gummi worms
Some cabanossi.
2 twiggy sticks.
Some brie cheese.
Some tasty cheese.
Some rice crackers.
A handful of salt and vinegar chips.
5 or 6 mini toast biscuits.
A chocolate brownie.
A Pepsi Max.
A plain sparkling mineral water.

Am seriously stuffed.

swap coke zero for chicken noodle soup, penis max for lemonade and sparking mineral water, for normal water, add in hot chips and chicken breast and voila! you have my day as well :D

add 1 large carrot half cooked with salt and pepper - 4pm
a few mouthfuls of my housemate's vegie soup - 6pm
1/2 bottle of chandon - 7pm - 10pm
row of chocolate, force fed literally - 7pm
some cauliflower - 1130pm

today:

the rest of that cauliflower - 630am
a little more chocolate - 7am
tea, coffee, coffee, water 2 biscuits - 930am
banana, some grapes - 1030am
tea

fuck, thats alot already. and i'm wanting to LOSE weight. ARGH stop eating

2 egg omelette for breakfast, with 2 slices toast.

naan with spinach and potatoes for lunch.

will have some other protein rich food for dinner, probably spinach again.
