DO you make a conscious effort to get 1.5 L a day?
cause that's the only way i could do it on days i don't go to the gym or play sport.

well today had 0 water, other then teeth brushing however i had 2 cups of tea, 1 cup of coffee and one can of coke. Tea is good in winter for me when i hate drinking cold water, cos it has like 0 calories when taken on it's own (even with milk it is low as i have skim milk)

I still live in the era where cryptosporidium infested our water supplies (like simonloo) and you never know how much still remains today so I boil it.

So unlike you people ^_^, notice one of the brands 'evian' is the reverse for naive.
