My teacher suggested I do it and I hadn't heard of them (still really don't have much of a clue) but I might do one..

I was going to do Chemistry as I'm accelerating in it and I'm more confident in it. But I read the syllabus for it on the ASO website and I thought it was quite hard (I think this is a hint saying that I'm not studying hard enough for my HSC Chem). The Biology one seems easier though. I want to do it but my school's not letting me. But I think I'll go pester the science department a little and see if they let me.

I did it, fkd it, but it's still good for the CV whether you get a Participation or a High Disctinction/offer. I myself got a Credit for both Phys and Chem, for doing zip nada preparation, so - I recommend if you can or get offered it, take it up. :)

My school is probably far too low ranked to even be considered or hear of it.

Haha, well I'm doing Physics as well. It completely kicks ass compared to the syllabus. My teacher goes pretty fast through the stuff but it's awesome.

Koray, you're the one who told me sign up here. Why are you so surprised?

Do I have to get my biology teacher to enter me?
I've never really heard much about these things.
Are they particularly hard?

Are they hard? Yes.

just get your biology teacher to go to the aso.edu.au website and register, it is a fairly simple process so he/she doesnt have to worry about doing to much work.
