grrr!! i need help just trying to remember how to do these questions!


a) The letters of the word SQUARE are arranged at random in a straight line. Find the probability
i. all three vowels are next to each other
ii. no two vowels are next to each other

b) The letters of the word SQUARE are arranged at random in a circle. Find the probability
i. all three vowels are next to each other
ii. no two vowels are next to each other

a)i. group the vowels together.
3! of them together(UAE)
4!x3! (arrange the consonants and group)
ii)well, theres 3 vowels 3 consonants, which means they have to alternate.
