In the syllabus where it talks about 'impact of ideology on Nazi foreign policy to September 1939', whose ideology is it talking about??? Society's or Nazi ideology? Or both?

Nazi Ideology. The main thing you'd talk about in reference to Nazism would be their three main aims: the overthrow of the Versailles Treaty, Lebensraum (and link it to anti-Semitism) and the reestablishment of Germany as a great power again.

The Nazi ideology was inevitably imposed upon society, so when you're referring to this dot point, its about how Nazi ideology (led by Hitler and his ideals in Mein Kampf) impacted upon foreign policy.

how about nazism as an ideology of force? That was mentioned in Mason's Republic to Reich
