Stuck in this question. Find the equation of the line in exact general form, which has an angle of inclination of 30 degrees and passes through the point (4,-3) Which formula do i use??

I think all you have to do is use tan30 to find the gradient. After that you use the two point formula to find the line equation.



After that just change your answer to general form. Remember that you cannot have any fractions in general form.

U sure thats a five? Cause thats a bit messy...

But i got

(-1-rt21)/2 <= x <= (1+rt21)/2

You can also check using calculator btw.

a person thats doing three unit shouldnt need to ask that question, its the easiest 2 u Q u could ever get, you dnt belong in 3unit son.

Did the question directly asked exact value?? it is only assume that you use it dummy i think you that you thought exact general form = exact value
