In order to save the world a new economic/poitical philosophy other than Capitalism and Communism/Socialism needs to be invented.

With the whole 'global village' revolution on the horizon, there needs to be an economic/political philosophy invented which doesn't segregate as many people as Capitalism and Communism.

Capitalism is a great starting point, along with Industrialisation it brings about that rapid rise in living standards for a large proportion of a population, but as time goes on the gap between the rich and the poor grows larger with the majority being on the lower end of the spectrum.

If a universal political/economic philosophy can be created for an emerging global village it will promote peace through common interests.
