what happens if your raw mark in 4 unit is higher than ur raw mark in 3 unit (2 Viewers)

I would disagree. These are some of the possibilities:
1) Maybe they didn't manage their time in the 3u exam properly.
2) Maybe they underestimate 3u and cbf doing it.
Your one could also be right.
