Stand so that you're on the outside of the quad, under the clocktower, looking into the quad. Go to through the door the is about 10m to the left. You will see a set of stairs, and a door on your right. Go through this door.
Alternatively, there is a quad map in this thread which is v. helpful:

You'll know you're in the right room if it looks like a massive fire hazard.

I had my first long black coffee from the coffeecart version 2.0 today.
So happy. I think I'm slightly addicted to coffee - I get slight headaches when I haven't had any for the day
I quite like the new law building now. Tip: The toilet on the bottom floor is bigger and emptier than the other ones.
