YES!
at the deli, when they have been frustrated because you are in there by yourself and there is ONE customer in front of you, dont then take ages! MORE people are waiting and get angry at me NOT YOU because im not fast enough. You colud have been standing there looking at the window instead of whinging that i am the only one serving!!!
Its cuz all dam customers are tight ass's. Seriously 100% of asians, somalians, abos and old ladies are fucking tight with their money and they dont mind making us wait, or other customers for that matter to find a price they can offered or to make sure they have the cheapest price.

I find that offensive. I am asian and I'm not "fucking tight" with my money. Don't make a generalisation about all asians/somalians/abos/old ladies. A sample does not speak for the whole population.

回复: Re: Rules for Customers

Woolworths worker here:

- Don't come to me and ask me to serve you! Don't you think I have better things to do?

Fuck I hate customers. Sooo annoying.
What?...

What a shit week:
Tuesday 3pm-12.30am
Wednesday 10.30am - 7.30pm
Thursday 6.30am - 4pm
Friday 7.00pm - 12.30am
Saturday 5.00pm - 10.30pm

Yep I know you wanna know my roster. Not that many hours but just shit shifts one after the other.

Lol and these are the same people who spend 5 mins searching through wallets/bags etc to find all their change to unload on you, instead of the nice $5 note they already had in their hand.

Customers: Please learn to tell the difference between the Coles and K-Mart uniforms. I just want to buy some stationary, I don't know where the inflatable pools are.

Haha. People are dumb. I was at my work, not working, in my school uniform buying a magazine, when a woman comes up to me (I HAVE MY HEADPHONES IN AND MY BAG ON MY SHOUDLER) and is like
"Excuse me, do you work here? Can you tell me where the excercise books are?"
I'm like, "They're right behind you..." Lady's like "Oh really I didn't see"

In order to get where she was she would've walked PAST the books. WTF!

understandable, northland is boganville. they may seem like nice bogans initially, but if you dare challenge them or speak to them when they've been deprived of nicotine for over 12 minutes, you see the true meaning of the word 'nutjob'.

"Do you work here?" Of course I do, that's why I'm dressed in the clothes that we're selling, have a lanyard around my neck and why I greeted you as you entered the shop, which of course you ignored.

The shutters are closed, the music's off, it's past closing time and I'm rushing to get the last customers sales through before starting the till. This is NOT the time to start wandering around the racks looking for more clothes to try on :S

When I say hello and ask how you are, that's all I'm doing. I'm not about to pressure you into buying something (why would I, I make no commission on it...) so don't glare at me, ignore me or run out of the shop.

Im a bit funny about this one, i don't glare or anything, but i think i come off as a bit stand-offish, its not that i think your swooping on me, its just that i find people i don't know being overly nice really uncomfortable.

I don't mind saying hello and having some small talk etc but I definitely don't trust their judgement when I come out of the changeroom lol...my friend and I deliberately tried on these hideous, HIDEOUS dresses at a shop once because we'd been looking for one thing all day and hadn't been able to find it so we were like whatever lets do something silly. We came out and the sales girl was gushing over how hot we looked and I was thinking do you have eyes?!? oh wait you want us to buy them.

Kinda turned me off asking the salespersons advice/listening to what they think tbh

I know it's been said a hundred times but the customers just don't get it.
Don't order while you're on the phone!
I have questions to ask you...plus it's just rude and off-putting.

Also, don't walk off and sit down then bitch that your food is cold or you actually wanted take away. I'm not a waitress you can pick up your own fucking tray >.<

These aren't rules, more just like ranting/bitching.

I had a customer a few days ago who just handed me some money. I waited for him to tell me what he wanted.... after about half a minute I asked "sorry, what did you want?" and he started pointing at the menu board :mad1:
I also hate how customers always act like you're stupid and are hearing them wrong. When I ask if they want a piece of chicken or 3 wicked wings and fillet or zinger burger they say "...i said i wanted the ultimate burger meal" and when I ask if it's to eat in or take away they say "pepsi" :bomb:

Hahahaha KFC ftw
Would you like to upsize?
"Pepsi"

Eat in or take away?
"Yes/No"

ice creamery.

- GET YOUR HANDS/ARMS/FINGERS OFF THE GLASS. i obviously just went and wiped your greasy fingerprints off it and you have the nerve to put your hand straight back on it.
- when i ask you, cup or cone? when you answer, i'll put it in whatever you ask. don't change your mind halfway through and i have to waste a perfectly good cup or cone whilst getting death stares off my boss.
- when it's a stinking hot day, the ice cream is obviously going to be soft. i warned you before you ordered it, don't bitch about how it melts straight away in 40 degree heat.
- when you've ordered many things, with all different prices, don't expect me to know them all when i've had about two shifts at the place, and then do that addition in my head. usually i can, but when i'm having a crap day and need to walk to the till, don't roll your eyes at me.
- when i say, hi, how are you, don't just ignore me and then say eg 'banana and mango', then stare at me as if i'm not going fast enough.

I know, but I'm just greeting people like a check out chick does (though they tend to get ignored too don't they), a simple hi really does make a difference though :). I try and be as normal and genuine as possible, usually I'm too busy to be insanely happy and smiley lol.

LOL what a dumb girl! I usually leave people alone in change rooms, especially if they're trying on swimwear...I'll come over and ask if they need a hand or to swap sizes but that's it. Usually when they want my opinion they'll open the door and ask for it (and if it looks very hideous, I usually turn the question back on them, it's more important they are comfortable, fitted properly and like what they are wearing than what some stranger thinks, plus what I may think is hideous other people may love)

Please at least try to look for things yourself. It is not my job to find every item on your list.
It's not my problem if the line was discontinued, don't blame me.
