WOW, what a mad invention...a BIG congrats to the brain behind it I have a question though...if a person received an offer in the prelim round but didn't accept it, changed their preferences and then received another offer in the main round, does the database show this? or does it assume that the candidates accepted their prelim offers and received no others?

It shows every offer that was made - whether the offer was accepted or not.

So, in your example, both the prelim and main round offers would be shown.
