Right now we're doing coffee, its alright. I want to cook again though. Haven't cooked for a term.

I'm doing hospo for year 12 next year. Its gonna be super cool, can't wait! We did a catering event last night for an assessment, catering for 150 people at an awards night. So much fun. Looooong night though 7:30am 8:00 pm, minus an hour for a break).

year 12 is alot about assessments
and if you ever want to get into the hospo industry, get used to the hours love!
