Imagine.... if only 8 units were used to calculate your UAI. Or courses like Philosophy could be offered as normal 2U school subjects, and Board Endorsed Courses could count towards your UAI. Imagine if extensions were offered in every single subject....
What would your HSC subject selection look like? :)

Mine would definately be-

4U Visual Arts
3U Studies of Religion
2U Psychology
2U Philosophy

Share your ideal subject choices.... just for a bit of fun and wishful thinking

If there were no silly limits then my course selection would be:
English Advanced + Ext 1 + Ext 2
Mathematics Ext 1 + Ext 2
Science Ext 1 + Ext 2
Ancient History + Ext
Philosophy
Drama
French Continuers + Ext
EDIT: I'll add Legal Studies too since that looks cool.
...And I know you said 8, but I want more darn it!

English + Extension 1 + Extension 2. (4U)
Modern History, Ancient History + Extension. (6U)
Visual Arts + Imaginary Extension. (3U)
Philosophy + Alternate Reality Extension. (3U)

The arts and philosophy extensions simply involve extended major works, as essays. Brilliance, I tells you! (Having said that, BOS should offer a high-scaling theory-only art course).

That'd do it for me. And far away from maths as you can get! Bwahaha!

LOL
This thread is about imaginary HSC subjects. Imaginations can go crazy sometimes, though your suggestion seems to be a good thought.

Haha - HELL YES! Or a really intensive practical course - which is only offered to the students who actually love art and aren't bludgers
