Total Raw Mark= 89/100
SCALED EXAM MARK= 92/100
Assessment mark= 90/100
HSC Mark= 91/100
wow. scaled up 3 marks. hahaha.


And now for the absolute tragedy called Physics *shudders*

Multiple Choice - 15/20
Short Answer - 38/55 HAHA OOPS
Option Topic (Astrophysics) - 18/25 (2/6 on long response wtf)

Total Raw Mark= 74/100
SCALED MARK= 83/100
Assessment Mark= 90/100
HSC Mark= 87/100

How do those marks in individual english sections give you a raw mark of 89/100? Is it calculated in some weird way other than just looking at (total)/105?

I'd assume so. That's just what it said on the raw marks report! I think different texts scale differently. Hamlet is supposed to scale well eg.

And I heard that Astrophysics was hard this year so it weighted up to 21/25 for you.

I don't think they give half marks. I'm guessing one marker gave you 16 and the other 17 for Donne/ Wit.
Where did you lose marks in short answer for phys???

And nice GE mark

I'm not sure. I'm too horrified of that paper to go back and look at it LOL
