dont u click the start menu, then go right up to the top and click your name and then your user account appears? thats if ur using XP....

Yeah, or if that doesn't work (if you're not using the welcome screen), go to Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Your account -> Change my password.

Or, alternatively again, hit ctrl+alt+delete and click 'Change password'
