Windows can't complete formatting USB (1 Viewer)

I bought this USB

Officeworks | Sandisk 4GB Cruzer Colours White USB Drive

but in green.

It was working before but then I deleted the files that I had copied onto it. Since then it hasn't been working.

The computer tells me I need to format it. So I tried to several times but it says that windows is unable to complete format.

Does anyone know what to do?

take it back and tell them to replace it

yeah, I gave up trying to figure it out. I sent my brother to Officeworks to get it replaced. New one works fine. XD
