fr i remember reading the hp & the goblet of fire when i was in year 4 or smth. And i could not get past the first 5 chapters...and once i did, i was cruising. I think I have a bad starting problem.
Same with perks of being a wallflower... i read the first few pages a couple of years ago, didn't understand shit. And a random night before my exams this year i binge read it, one of my fav books of all time def.

do you have book recs that will make me cry when i read it at 1 am?
Some of the Colleen Hoover books I read a few years ago were kinda sad but I can’t really remember. I’ll have to check on my kindle but my kindle is dead

Yeah i need to find like actual sad books cause the ones I've read haven't been that sad
It’s sometimes hard to find sad books because a lot of people might be like “omg this book is so sad” and then ur kind of expecting the sad part to hit so it’s not a surprise anymore (like a little life I always saw tiktoks of people crying their eyes out but it wasn’t that sad because I was expecting it)
