IMO no tutoring college has helped my English more than SEC Scholani Education College in the city. It also depends on the teacher you get if you're in yrs 7-10. There's the Writing class and the English class, there's Maths and Science etc as well but they didn't really help me in those areas. Prelims yr 11 only have one English/Writing class that goes for 3 hours.
Remember it will only help if you listen and actually do the homework properly for proper feedback haha.
