When is it time to change tutors? (1 Viewer)

My English tutor's ALWAYS away, off to a conferenece or a holiday or whatever. She's brilliant while she's there, but I can't contact her out of hours because she NEVER answers her emails, and as a result my last two assessments have gone haywire. Of course, it's my own fault I'm crap at English, but I do need the help!
She's not there half the time, but she REALLY knows English. Should I change or not?

Keep her when shes here, but see if you can find another one (like backup) for the times she isnt. If she is REALLY good, keep her for the major major hsc assessments

Change already man. There's no use keeping her if she's not gonna be there to help out.
