When do the HSC commitee write the HSC exam?
This is important to me for economics, as it determines the relevant issues for the essay questions.

The exam committees start to write the 2012 exam papers in Term 4 this year. The process of refining and polishing the questions goes on until the middle of next year. Certainly, any major issues occurring in the second half of next year cannot feature in the 2012 exam papers (but you can still mention them in your response).
