I heard from scaling it moves up to a band 3 or low band 4

in the past (2001 or 2002 can't remember), 73/120 raw mark has been the cutoff for band4/5

EDIT: to be exact:
In 2003, a raw mark of 73/120 was aligned to 82%, and 65.7/120 was aligned to 79%. keep in mind though that was 2003. will differ this year
