"Textual form" and "medium of production"?

Or are they synonymous?

Synonymous, imo. You do 4U English - you tell us.

At first glance I thought "textual form" and "medium of production" were synonymous. But then I thought maybe textual form meant different types of written texts - e.g. poetry, memoir, novel, etc... and medium of production meant either film, written text, music, etc.

Anyway, thanks for the second opinion.
