The question says it all... Like really, in what type of situations would you use SA HELP? Had you guys ever used SA HELP?

It essentially adds the student services and amenities fee to your HECS debt so you dont have to pay it up front.

Basically what Rafy said. You defer the payment of your student amenities fee until you get in decent-paying employment. If you have the ~$200 bucks it costs per year, pay it imo.
