does that mean that i have to PUT wollongong as my first peference ???
what happened if i put UNSW and i didnt get the UAI for it while wollongong is my seconde peference .... would that also activitate the early entry ???

Yep, it means the first course you're eligable for. So if you have UOW second, but your uai is not high enough for your first, you will get a uow offer. Not sure if uow early entry offers would come in the early round though - if they did, you would have to have it first to get an early round offer (i think )
