Got my rankings back for most subjects
English (Adv) - 86 - 9th/~60
Business Studies - 96 - 1st/~75
Physics - 10/10 on the report - rigged - Equal 1st/~60
Software Design and Development -98/100 - 1st/25
Studies of Religion - 44/50 - havent found out from the teacher

And since I'm doing accelerated maths, my rankings aren't really a good indicator:
Maths (2u) - 86/100 - 4th/25 (in the Year 11 2u Accelerated class)
Maths (3u) - 3rd/9 (in the Year 11 3u Accelerated class)

I'm aiming for:
English - 5th
Business - 1st
Physics - 1st
SDD- 1st
SOR - Top 5
Maths - 1st

I try and aim low, so that when I get higher than that I would be suprised. Instead of aiming high and then getting low, I'd be hella disappointed.

Aren't you just restricting yourself by doing that?

The goal is to aim high, but realistically high.

My goals for the final yearly exams:

Advanced English - At least rank 2 in the class which will get me an excellence award. Top 10 overall in the course, I'll still be really delighted :uhhuh:.
2U Maths - Top 5.
Extension Maths - Top 5.
Chemistry - Top 3
Physics - Top 3
Biology - Top 3 at least, rank 1 at most, too many noobs doing the subject .
Economics - Top 3

So far Economics, Chemistry, and Biology are in my 'happy' category . With Advanced English, I'll definitely focus on working on my essays i.e. topic sentences whilst timing my writing speed. For 2U and Extension Maths, PRACTICE and REVISE. I will actually do the questions again that I've completed in the past, instead of memorising the formula and doing pathetic in the exam if you don't know how to apply it appropriately and effectively. With Physics, if I use these holidays effectively whilst studying hard and smart, I can attain that top 3 ranking easily. Physics was my downside in my report, ruining the overall report. I plan on getting my vengeance for this subject during these final exams.

I got my 1st semester report today and it was terrible. My goal for my yearly report seems a tad impossible!
For the 1st semester :
legal - 2/52
2RE - 3/42
Business - 19/49
Adv. English - 24/42
2U Maths - 24/36
Economics - 14/25

Its pathetic I know.
Yearlies I hope to maintain the ranks for legal and RE.
Business hopefully pull back to TOP 10
ADV english, Hopefully TOP 15
2U Maths hopefully TOP 15
