If the teacher is very serious about HW then yes but mostly teachers will just be frustrated if you don't do your HW.
Not doing assessments, truanting and misbehavior will result in N-awards.

Not Doing HW, not going to class, not "trying" in class, behaviour, not doing assessments, not doing assessments properly (like do 1 question worth 5 marks and dont bother to do the other 10), etc... etc...

N awards have nothing to do with behaviour.
Principal’s certification of completion of course requirements

The principal will then issue an ‘N’ determination (non-completion of course requirements) for that course. [/FONT]
