Medical Science is a great undergraduate degree if you would like to pursue graduate medical research or graduate medicine or dentistry. You'll cover all the science behind human health rather than all the corporate stuff you learn in Health Science which is more for a career in corporate health and could possibly score you a job Professions in health education, policy, management and advocacy.

Not sure about health science job opportunities but medical science job opportunities are extremely limited.
