I cannot give you the answers, but I will guide you.

1) All judges are listed in every case. It comes straight after the facts of the case. It has judge's name then his/her statement.

2) Go to the act and it is in one of the first parts of the act.

3) Library

4) Google it!

Understand one thing, it is collaboration to seek assistance from other students and if we aide this process, we could be looking at Collusion. The University can impose hefty penalties on students who do this.


As for your assignment, become familiar with how to explore legislation and cases online.

If you're not sure how to find anything - ask the librarians they're really nice and really helpful and although they wont give you the answers (which you shouldnt expect them to) they will help point you in the right direction

its a good idea to become very familiar with the library web system too, because if you know how to use that well, you'll find almost anything you could need thru the libarary's page

Thanks. I'm basically finished. I'm just not sure on 2 parts of the question where it is asking:

"was the appeal successful and what was the case about?"

The judges give different decisions and im not sure whether to say if appeal was successful or not. Also, the case is long and i don't know what to write as to what the case is about.

Any help?

its just the simple matter of copying word for word what you find.

its just a research testing assigment.. its not even an assignmnet.. just a task. she wants to know whether u can go and look up a case, and find the correct one.

dont write essay long answers - straight and to the point. If the question doesnt call for a citation... you wont need it.
