Can someone give me ideas on what i would need to know in a practical test?

we're getting tested on blueprint of life practicals

and our teacher said we have to record results of something

any help would be greatly appreciated

You will have to go through different practicals you have done in past and you have to understand how the pracs are carried out and already know the results of each prac so that it will help you out when it comes to your exam.

So just memorise all the details about the experiments you have done for that module.

Remember the general results of each practical. Know your safety issues/risk assessments and also a few variables. And know how to tabulate or graph results if you are required to. You could try practising writing up prac reports just to get the hang of it.
