hey there,
just wondering what people do to calm themselves down and escape the world of hsc, it can be anything, those who dont ave anthin maybe this forum can give u some ideas..

me.. i listen to old red hot chili peppers albums and write songs

Seriously all jokes aside, having a bat is so awesome for it. Its such a stress relief.

I listen to Tool. So peaceful and insane. Listen to DRT and your good! Also go for a run up the park or something, it lets your body shake out and be at one with nature.

i play my trumpet... but sometimes i get stressed from playing my trumpet so badly so um... yeah the best way is to go to sleep zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I do all my study in the morning
so i have the whole afternoon to relax and just do anyhting i want.
and it makes u feel like u have achieved something and u are free to unwind

Tried this yoga dvd, fell over while laughing at this guy with long hair so had to find another alternative...

Other than what I usually do - same as Dark secrets really - i also think chain smoking, lots of tv, writing my diary, listening to music, going for 2am walks and counting down the days seem to do the trick.

It is actually true that wanking releases emotional tension.

Walking is good, when you walk you are releasing endorphins, the body's happy gas. Instant release of toxins and tension.
