can anyone 'propose strategies to reduce wage costs'...plz

depending on the scenario you can review the effeciency of labour tasks and how they are done (maybe require less people replace with machinery to reduce labour load)

also look at the costs and reducing them

One idea is to.. Subcontract/Outsource employment to an agency so you no longer have to pay for oncosts such as superannuation, retrenchment, leave, etc..
