Rather than buying people's notes, I would recommend purchasing Essential Contracts and Essential Torts.

They are two study guides whic practically summarise the courses. They are about $40 each and I buy them in addition to the set texts as they clarify things a lot easier than the texts and save time when I cant read chapters of cases.

I have the Applied Company Law books (ie text + legislation) if anyone is interested... there is some highlighting, but other than that they are in perfect condition.
