UTS - Chances of receiving an offer in later rounds? (1 Viewer)

Hi I got an ATAR of 81.5 and received an offer to study my 2nd preference at UTS which is BSc in IT with a cutoff of 83. Due to the fact that I received 4 bonus points from my english mark my atar should have met the requirement for my first preference which was BBus/BSc in IT combined degree which has a cutoff of 85.5 this year. Is it likely that I will receive an offer in later rounds or should I accept the offer I have now for my 2nd preference?

Hey, i'm sort of in the same position where i got my 3rd preference cos my first and 2nd were the same marks UNSW, just accept the offer before the deadline in a weeks time and you can still decline later on.

You could receive an offer in more than one round. If you do, you can choose which offer to accept. If you receive an offer in one round and accept it, and then receive an offer in a later round, you can choose either to:

keep your previous offer and not accept your new offer, or
withdraw from your previous offer and accept your new offer.
