i was on the train the other day and i saw a billboard on lidcombe station from uts saying that you can get up to 10 bonus points for living in lidcombe and auburn.

where can i get more info on this.

No you don't. Up to 10 bonus points from UTS for relevant subjects and going to a school that's in the Priority Schools Program as listed by EAS. That's billboard is in quite a few suburbs and they just post the same template with a different suburb name.
