Could someone please help with these questions?
1) Prove that cos(nx) can be expessed as a polynomial of degree n in cos(x).
2) Create a function that has the following properties:
a) Two stationary points
b) One point of inflection at x=5
c) An asymptote at x=-2
d) For the function, calculate or approximate using a suitable method, the area between the curve x=-1 and the y axis.
