someone should have payed earlier, i was told heaps of times at my school, pay early so u dont get stuck last minute, obviously ur school doesn't do that

As long as you succesfully apply tonight whilst saying you are paying by BPay, you should be able to pay tomorrow without getting slugged the $101. This is because, and I'm not 100%, I figure BPay would be the same as direct transfers in that even if you did put it in today, it would not be processed by your bank until tomorrow.

But if you don't pay tonight you should probably get your arse in gear and get it done tomorrow.
