Hi all,
I have a spot at Nexus Place student accommodation (ashmore) at the gold coast and have been offered a spot in a relative's house so I am looking for someone to take over my lease!!!!

I need someone for about the middle of March!
Rent is $163 per week and includes everything basically...
water, power, internet, full self contained kitchen, own bathroom, pool, games room, washing facilities (only have to pay for use of dryer), free bus early morning to griffith uni! close to shops. only 3 km from the uni, short drive to southport; aust fair and harbour town...
2 other friendly housemates also live in this apartment, but have their own rooms and bath rooms, so you only share the kitchen and lounge.
