Do the UAC Guide's have all the subjects available puplished? In other words are there any other subjects that are less know but available?

Doesn't the UAC guide only show degrees?

To know about subjects I'd ask the uni you're interested in..

If you get a degree, does that mean you must study certain courses which make it same for every uni? Or am i missing something?

That's essentially correct, but there are minor variations in the patterns of courses studied at different universities.

Most (if not all?) degrees have a standard course pattern of so-many units of credit (sometimes called other things at other unis) which you must complete in order to get your shiny degree certificate.

For some degrees your subjects are fixed and for others it's mainly electives. What electives you can choose depend on availability and whether you're qualified to take them (you can't do 2nd year subjects in 1st year without an exemption)
