And bearing in mind, two rounds if you wish to start in February. One in Dec and one in Jan.

^^ Yes, so its 5 preferences at each ONE TIME, being that there are various offer rounds so you can change it prior to each round

Yea and adding onto this, you can only get 1 offer each round, so put your highest preferences first
