everyone received their uac letter in the first week of aug..i didnt...i kept waiting till today but still havent received my letter...so i just called em and got my pin...

I do not know anything about the procedures, the codes, the last date to apply..

can anyone outline the details...thanks!

don't worry you got over a month to do it until you have to pay late fees
