UAC final round (1 Viewer)

A relative of mine would like to transfer to a better uni but unfortunately has left it to the last minute. As applying for early feb/final round offers costs almost $200, I'd like to ask whether there is any point in applying, seeing as most offers are made in the main round? Any advice would be appreciated.

While most offers are made in the main round there are still some made in the late/final rounds.

To me, $200 isn't that much in the grand scheme of things, and if your relative doesn't apply they may wish they had for the next six months.

I think its something like 8000 offers are made in the late round.
